PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN HAND TRAKTOR DAN POWER SPRAYER TERHADAP EFISIENSI USAHATANI PADI SAWAH (Oryza sativa L ) DI DESA SOLOG KECAMATAN LOLAK

Abstrak

ABSTRACT: This study analyzes the effect of the use of hand tractors and power sprayers on the efficiency of paddy rice farming in Solog Village. Using an associative quantitative method, primary data were obtained through a questionnaire to 40 paddy rice farmers, supported by secondary data. The data were analyzed using linear multiple regression, t- test, F- test, and determination coefficient (R²) with SPSS. The results showed that the partial use of hand tractors did not have a significant effect on farming efficiency. On the contrary, the use of power sprayer had a partial significant effect. Simultaneously, the use of hand tractors and power sprayers had a significant effect on the efficiency of paddy field farming. The value of the determination coefficient (R²) showed that 17% of the variation in business efficiency was explained by the two tools, while the remaining 83% was influenced by other factors outside the study. These findings are a practical reference for farmers and government agencies in optimizing the application of agricultural technology to improve production efficiency.  R²R² = 0,170.
