Abstrak

The digital era has brought significant changes to the education system. Education system policies must be able to develop learning models that are relevant to the needs of the times. This article discusses education system policies in developing learning models in the digital era. Education demands a different way of thinking and acting from what already exists, by conducting a comprehensive diagnosis or paradigm shift with a systemic approach. Education policies in Indonesia need to be continuously improved and evaluated to enhance the quality of education. The government and stakeholders need to work together to improve policy implementation and address existing weaknesses.This article will explore how the dynamics of teaching and learning in the Digital Age. This study contributes to the discussion on how education should position itself in changing times, including in facing the digital age. Through library research, researchers found several important aspects of teaching and learning in the digital era, namely learning in the digital era has different characteristics from student learning in the past, the generation in this era are those who have digital native characters. Students at this time are born, grow and grow in direct contact with the digital world, so that the flow of information obtained will be different from previous students
