The infrastructure and facilities that surround workers while they are at work make up the work environment. Discipline is the state in which there are no direct or indirect infractions and everything is in an orderly, correct, and orderly state. The aim of this study was to determine and examine the simultaneous and partial effects of work discipline and the environment on employee performance. Associative research using the multiple linear regression analysis approach is the methodology employed. Thirty-three respondents made up the sample size. The study's findings indicate that discipline and work environment have an impact on employee performance, sometimes simultaneously. The current work environment can be enhanced by management to boost future performance.
